Investing in the next generation of RGV leaders
Part of what makes Smokin' on the Rio unique is our commitment to direct scholarship support for Rio Grande Valley students. Each year, a portion of the proceeds from the cook-off funds scholarships for high school seniors across the Valley.
Who should apply
- Graduating high school seniors who are Rio Grande Valley residents
- Students demonstrating involvement in 4-H, FFA, or other agricultural programs
- Students with financial need and a record of academic achievement
How to apply
Download the scholarship application from the link below, complete all fields, and submit per the instructions on the form. Deadline and mailing address are listed on the application itself.
